Frequently Asked Questions

How do i pay?

Once you've chosen your selected items, add them to your shopping basket and then proceed to checkout. 

I accept payments through paypal and stripe, which are both secure sites. 

I also accept orders through my instagram account, and will send you a paypal invoice if this is preferred. You will find me on Instagram by clicking the icon at the bottom of the webpage, or using my Instagram username minkleberrry_kiss.

Full Payment must be made prior to your goods being made.

Postal costs are calculated at checkout.


How quickly do you dispatch items?

It can take upto 21 days to make and post your items. However on most occasions I manage to post a little quicker these timescales are just a guide and mainly aim to have goodies posted out by 14-21 days.


This may change in busy periods but I will always let you know if I expect your order to take longer than the turnaround time stated.

Also if your items have already been pre made, they will be posted much sooner.


Should you require your items quicker than the 21 day make time there is an option to pay a rush fee.

The rush fee covers my extra working hours and to ensure your order is prioritised. There are several rush fee options to choose from. Please note rush fee is for make and post time, and does not include delivery time. Delivery time can take between 2-5 days. Royal Mail don’t consider items lost until 14 days after posting. There is also an option to add next day delivery to your order too, and is your responsibility to consider postage times and choose the best option for your needs and expected timescale.

Which shipping service do you use?

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail.

Standard Royal Mail 2nd class or 1st class.

Worldwide shipping is also available using international signed for.

I dispatch to the address provided during checkout. Should this change, please inform me as soon as possible. I cannot be held responsible for incorrect details left by buyer.

I hope you will be very happy with your order, but should there be any issues, please inform me on the above email address.


What to do if my order hasn't arrived?

Should your order not arrive, please contact Minkleberry Kiss by the website, or via Instagram direct mail on our instagram page Minkleberry_kiss.

A full refund or replacement will be offered once a complaint has been completed with Royal Mail. Items are considered lost by royal mail 14 working days after expected due day, which is normally 3 days from posting date. So roughly 2 weeks.


What if I have a problem with my order?

Please email me and I will endeavor to help you as much as possible.


Wholesale

If you would like to discuss wholesale prices, please contact me via message on the contact section of the website to discuss this.


Refunds

Your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 days after the day of receiving your order. Personalised custom items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged, upon request a photograph can be sent by email prior to posting, and this is your opportunity to highlight any changes required and approve postage. Your right to cancel is unconditional. However please note this does not apply to bespoke personalised items.

If cancelling goods that have already been delivered, return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, unless damaged or faulty. Please email me for my returns address. 

If you would like to process a return please email me on: minkleberrykiss@hotmail.com, or contact me via the website or social media private message facilities.

Unless faulty, return postage will not be refunded. I normally recommend retaining proof of postage but this is at the returners discretion. A refund will only be processed once it has been received back, and in the condition the sender received it, although packaging can of course be opened. Please return with protective sealed packaging to keep your goodies kept safe on their journey back to me.


Disclaimer

Adult supervision of little ones whilst wearing any hair accessories is highly recommended. 

Some hair accessories have small parts which should also be carefully supervised by an adult when wearing. 


It’s strongly advisable to remove all hair accessories, clips or hair bands whilst little ones are sleeping or napping.


Minkleberry Kiss dolls are not CE certified and due to small and fragile parts these dolls are STRICTLY for decorative purposes and aren't designed to be played with by little hands as they aren't toys! 

Keeping them on a shelf or at a height is an excellent way to avoid little ones being tempted to touch. 

That way they can happily sit on their shelfie home and smile at you forever!


Please note that due to the natural wood used in some of our products there may be variations of wood colour, grain, knots or differences in texture may be experienced. Therefore Minkleberry Kiss cannot be responsible for these variations, and will not consider them a defect, due to the natural effect of this material. Materials are always carefully selected to maintain good quality.


At Minkleberry Kiss every effort has been made to photograph each item presenting them accurately. However due to the limitations of photography and screen monitors, together with the natural variations of wood, we do not offer a refund for any slight variations of colour/design in regards to this.


Designs Prices are subject to change at anytime. Any typos or glitches are not required to be honored, and I will contact you at the earliest convenience with the option to cancel or amend your order.


Materials are subject to availability, if the exact materials are not available a suitable alternative will be used.
